The Gopika who wasn’t convinced by Andal’s reasoning, justifies that she is going in the right path by doing bhakti her way. But that doesn't suffice. In order to attain the Supreme Soul, one needs a Guru to guide them on the path of liberation. Therefore, Andal suggests a shortcut. When one sings the glory of the Ultimate One, the way to moksha becomes visible in the same way the knowledge of the Upanishads was granted to Arjuna. If we approach a Guru like we approach the Lord, the Guru will generously grant us access to the divine knowledge. By gaining knowledge (magical trio, i.e., Thirumantram, Dwayam and Charama slokam) from a Guru, the path to eternal bliss becomes clear. In short, Lord Krishna is waiting for us karmayogis with his cow (i.e., the essence of the Upanishad). The calf that is Arjuna is how the divine knowledge, i.e. the milk of the cow becomes accessible. There is no reason to find another way to achieve liberation when all knowledge that is required to do so is readily available in the scriptures such as the Upanishads.
